Nadir On The Go – really a gem!

Nadir

If you want to put your fingerprint from Montenegro’s highest peak to Mexican Undersea Caverns, have a look on Chitwan National Park’s Elephant, Alligators and Rhinoceros, hear history of Agra, get fascinated with boat of Hazrat Noah, Adam’s footprint at Adams Peak or express condolence at funeral in Kathmandu or get tensed with circumstances of Sri Lanka Crisis, just open Youtube and have a look at ‘Nadir On The Go.’

‘Nadir On The Go’ aka Nadir OTG is a popular YouTube channel by Nadir, a Bangladeshi documenting travelogues, has traveled Los Angeles, Bali, Indonesia, Hawaii, Iceland, China, Bangkok, Brazil, Turkey, Syria and many more.

With 99 videos Nadir OTG channel has 232k subscribers. Perfectly edited cinematic – casual vlogging, astonishing drone shot, spontaneous and amazing presentation made Nadir heart winning globetrotter.

The multi-talented travel filmmaker started his journey in 2016 with the intent of cherishing his favorite moments.

At first he was making videos for himself and his friends and family and he did not have any grand ambition of being influential on social media and did not think this could ever become a career.

Nadir said, “I have been travelling for a large part of my life. Once I was able to capture these experiences with modern smartphones, it only made sense to put them together into videos I could look back to, so I could cherish my favourite moments. The channel was initially just me making videos for myself and my friends and family. When I started, I did not have any grand ambitions of being influential on social media and did not think this could ever become a career.”

He had a passion for travelling from his childhood. He has a record of traveling to 7 spots in Europe in just 15 months.

You will find this adventurer sometimes climbing peak of a mountain, sometimes swimming with shark to overcome his biggest fear as well as hiking in Mexico’s Sea Lion or, enjoying world best train journey and rainy day in Hawaii. When he travels in historic place he tries to tell the history behind.

Most fascinating things, he carries a heavy weighted bag while travelling, he uploaded a video on what’s he actually carries on bag. His channel has a travel hacks and filming tutorials segment where he guided how to travel 48 countries with free visa, how to cross an international land boarder and explains the future of travel with eSim Holafly review and so on.

Another insane thing he does, he makes videos twice for different viewers.  He has another YouTube channel named Nadir On The Go- Bangla, with 68 videos and 655k subscribers. Alongside he also maintains another 2 youtube channels, named Food On The Go, where he uploads food vlogging videos and On The Go- raw, where uploaded raw footage of him, mostly behind the scenes.

He has an incredibly beautiful blog about Dhaka and Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh. But he has a wish to cover a video highlighting history of Chattogram city as he used to visit there with his family almost every year at the childhood.

However, many people claim that this multi-talented vlogger is underrated due to the indifference of the people of Bangladesh. Still the effort he gives for making videos and the passion for travelling is something extraterrestrial.

Recently, Nadir won the Best Content Creator award in the Travel Vlog category at the Blender’s Choice-The Daily Star OTT & Digital Content Awards 2021.

For the young content creators who want to make travel vlogs, Nadir have some words for them also.

“Travel vlogging is a very expensive hobby, so I would make sure to have a way to finance it that does not depend on the vlogging itself. Everything else will come with time and one can learn everything else that is needed for free from the Internet,” he added.
